Welcome to Libra, operated by Coral Moon Media Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Libra dashboard at app.heylibra.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Libra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Libra is a business planning dashboard that integrates astrological timing with practical business tools including goal setting, task management, financial tracking, launch planning, and content strategy. The Service is provided on a subscription basis across multiple tiers, each offering different feature sets.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Libra offers paid subscription tiers (Seasonal Year, Subscriber, Lab, and Starbrands). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen tier. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles will be communicated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by subscription tier:

• Seasonal Year & Subscriber: These subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your tier's features until the end of your current billing period.
• Lab & Starbrands: These memberships are offered on a 1-year term. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each annual term, and you will be notified in advance of any upcoming renewal. After completing your initial 1-year commitment, you may cancel by contacting us before your next renewal date.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns about a charge.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Libra. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

8. Astrological Content Disclaimer

Libra incorporates astrological data and interpretations as a framework for business planning and self-reflection. This content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. Business decisions should be made using your own judgment and, where appropriate, consultation with qualified professionals.

9. Intellectual Property

The Libra service, including its design, features, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Coral Moon Media Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

10. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Libra available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coral Moon Media Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coral Moon Media Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the dashboard. Your continued use of Libra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
